Children in Need 2026

⭐ Let's take part in fundraising for Children in Need 2026! ⭐

We're excited to invite you to join us in supporting BBC Children in Need this year. Every day, children and young people across the UK face challenges - from poverty and social inequality to mental health worries and difficult home situations.

At Berkhampstead Day Nurseries, we believe that every child deserves the chance to thrive. That's why we're taking part in Children in Need 2026: to show our support and raise funds so that we can make a meaningful difference together.

Here's how we'll get involved:

• Monday 9th November - Teddy Bears Day. Bring a teddy bear to nursery to join in with bear-themed activities, children can even come dressed as bears if they would like. Children will then take their teddy bears to tea.
• Tuesday 10th November - Spotty Day! Come to nursery in every piece of spotty clothing you can find.
• Wednesday 11th November - Sports Day! and Cake Sale Day, Come to nursery dressed as sporty as possible. The team and children will enjoy various sport-themed activities and experiences. There will then be a cake sale at lunch time and end of day collection (any donations for this whether baked or bought would be greatly appreciated)
• Thursday 12th November - Yellow Day. Please come in anything yellow.
• Friday 13th November - PJ Day! Come to nursery in your comfiest pair of pyjamas.
